    We recommend submitting your requests at least 30 days prior to arrival, especially during peak seasons. However, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute needs whenever possible. 

  • Is there a fee for concierge services?

    Some services—such as grocery stocking or equipment rentals—have fixed fees, while others vary depending on the scope of your request. We’re always transparent with pricing and will confirm all costs in advance.

  • Can you help with planning a special event or celebration?

    Absolutely. Whether you’re hosting a private dinner, birthday, shower, or bachelorette weekend, our team can plan and coordinate every detail—from catering and decor to transportation and custom swag.

  • Do you offer pet-friendly services?

    Yes! We offer pet-sitting, dog-walking, grooming appointments, and essential pet supply delivery. Let us know what your furry friend needs—we’ll take care of it.

  • Can you book activities or make restaurant reservations for us?

    Yes. We can handle everything from surf lessons and yacht charters to reservations at Charleston’s most coveted restaurants. Prefer something more off-the-beaten path? We’ll make personalized suggestions just for you.

  • What happens if something changes or we need to cancel?

    We understand that plans evolve. Cancellation policies vary depending on the vendor or service type, but we’ll always communicate the terms clearly before booking.

All concierge services require a minimum, non-refundable $150 fee at time of booking to cover planning and coordination.  Pantry & Refrigerator Stocking: $75 fee for orders up to $500,  $150 fee for orders over $500.
